   • The Law of offering is that anyone who wants to give has to do so willingly
   • It is the willingness that is approved of God
   • If there is a need in God all I have to do is announce it
   • If I do more than announce it, I might violate someone’s conscience
   • If I violate someone’s conscience, it is against the rule of God
   • If I were to use the instrument of guilt to make you give, I have used the instrument of manipulation
   • The instrument of manipulation is one of Satan’s core tools of witchcraft
   • So I might have a genuine ministry, but I can use tools from the kingdom of darkness to achieve my goals
   • That is curruption, that is massive corruption
2. Participation
   • You will not start ministry today and receive funding from the whole world

   • See, this house has many blocks, but it is standing on a few pillars
   • You will not start a ministry today and have many people respond to you
   • It is faithfulness in your calling that will make God witness to people and have them respond to you
   • We just finished building a facility that is many millions of naira in Nigeria
   • We did not manipulate one person
   • Promise here is my witness
   • If there is a need, I will just announce it and leave it God
   • I have discovered if there is a need, you do not need many people. just a few people
   • You do not even need 10 people, it may be only two people that God will speak to
   • Litsten this house has many blocks, but it is standing on a few pillars
   • What God does to a ministry that is accurate is give him 5 pillars
   • The whole building here is standing on five pillars
   • You are trying to extort money from blocks; meanwhile what you need are pillars
