Hi Friends,

In this video, we’re doing some cooking!

I usually put my cooking videos on my other channel (Ravenous Rich), but as I explain in this video, this channel is about celebrating world cultures and learning about all sorts of worldwide perspectives… and FOOD is one of the best ways to appreciate the world better!

On the menu today is Pakistani Chicken Karahi. I was inspired to do this by one of my favorites, Mark Wiens, after I watched him make this at home (So, shoutout to Mark!)

But if you know me, you know I love Pakistani culture, so I was very excited to make this dish. And to top it all off, it tasted amazing and I’m just extremely happy about that.

All the ingredients I used to make this:
– Whole Chicken
– Tomatoes
– Whole Plain Yogurt
– Fresh Ginger
– Fresh Garlic
– Fresh Green Chillies
– Fresh Coriander leaves
– Garam Masala
– Turmeric
– Salt
– White Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– Hot Chili Powder
– Ground Cardamom
– Ground Coriander
– Ghee (Clarified Butter)
– Vegetable Oil (to fry chicken)
– Water

– Tandoori Naan (bought from Trader Joe’s)
