Philippians 3:12:- “I follow after if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended”

Confessionally, there are days of reflection when one feels overpowered.

Doured with one’s lot in life.

  1. Philippians 3:12 – Pressing towards the Goal ( Link )
    • Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

  1. Job 17:9 ( Link )
    • Yet a righteous one holds to his way, and the one with clean hands grows stronger.

  1. Psalm 119:5 – Your Word is a Lamp to My Feet( Link )
    • 5 Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6 Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.

In those moments of self-reflection.

When one is being introspective and turning the inquisitive glare toward where it belongs all along.

I think one should know God is far more giving.

Far more generous.

Far more gracious.

Knowing his appropriation.

Mindful that his apprehension is far greater and gracious than ours.
