- Who has more heart, conditioning, adjustments and better Iq… Bro, that’s Mayer😭. Maiva is a very experienced tough fighter. She has a 75% Ko rate meaning she punches hard, maybe even harder than Alycia and Mayer fought on the inside exchanging with her and getting the better of those exchanges. She took Maiva’s power like it wss nothing and kept pushing forward and landed some power shots of her own that actually made Maiva step back/stumble a couple of times. She beat her by UD. Maiva wasn’t a bum, she fought tough competition herself so she wasn’t knocking out and competing against trash.Jennifer Han tried doing exactly what your talking about, timing her and fighting on the outside but got walked down in the end and left with a bloody nose and a knot. Han has fought elites herself and is an excellent boxer, she’s fought tough opposition as well like Katie Taylor, yes she lost to her but she gained experience. Mayer whooped her UD.I could name more opponents but to get to the point the one who literally has all the deciding tools you said that would decide the fight is Mayer. She has a chin, she has heart, better conditioning, can adjust and is a solid overall fighter. Only noteworthy opponent Alycia has beat was Terri Harper and it indeed was impressive… But after that she fought trash? Why? She dominated her yes but you can’t give praise to that, the girl was 17-10… Alycia went to her corner frustrated that she couldn’t knock her out and asking her coach what she needs to do, that’s not the mindset you gotta have when fighting Mayer. Linadartou, a very tough and good fighter took Alycia into deep waters and beat her by SD… Linadartou isn’t on Mayer’s level but she is good. After that loss Alycia kept fighting trash then Ko’d harper and Harper also isn’t on Mayer’s level then she went back to fighting trash. That’s not an impressive showing of skills you mentioned she had, her skills haven’t been tested on an elite/tough fighter. Mayer takes her into deep waters and near the 6 or 7 rd the beat down starts.
