Steps
Authenticate Source
Authenticate the Source of the Word.
These days people take words from other ministers.
They take words from TV.
They take words from YouTube.
They take words from their sleep.
They then take that word to the people of God and say it is a word from God.
Determine Recipient
When God actually gives a word, he chooses the recipient of the word.
When God gives a word, he doesn’t say take this word and spread it everywhere.
It is not for Sale
God is not for sale.
God’s love is not for sale.
God’s word is not for sale.
Yield to God
Yield to God.
Practice the essence of increasingly yielding to God.
Now that you recognize that God is choosing to use you, beloved, please responsibly start to decrease.
That is, you yourself need to decrease.
Weigh Words
Beloved, please weigh God’s word.
Determine whether a word is an actual promise of God to do something.
Or whether it is an encouraging word.
Unfortunately, we live in a world with a lot of danger in it.
Unfortunately, we live in a world with a lot of unpleasantries in it.
Unfortunately, we live in a world with a lot of wronged in it.
Please do not base a word simply based on the activities of the evil one.
Labor with People
Beloved, please learn to Labor with people.
With all the ugliness in the world, people are actually lonely.
Please learn to be with God’s people.
Please learn to labor with God’s people.
Please learn how to serve God’s people.
Hope and Pray that God can use you to lift some of his people’s burdens.
Consecrate
As a testament to Satan, his activities, his lies, his slyness, please have God consecrate you.
Get in the habit of consecration.
The more God consecrates you, the more of it you will ask for.
As you are used by God, you will see the evil one more clearly.
You will see the evil one jumping ahead of himself.
You will see the evil one making his case for unrighteousness.
You will see the evil one make a case for unruliness.
You will see the evil one making a case for untruth.
Hopefully and Prayerfully Satan’s activities push you towards the holiness of God.
Hopefully, the assembly of Satan and his people compels you towards God and his holiness.
Beloved, may you ask and petition for more and more of God.
Knowing God will only come if he prepares you.
Knowing God will only come if he prunes you.
Godliness brings cleanliness.
Summary
Beloved, prayerfully, let the desire for God’s faithfulness and benevolence belies your life.
Yes, people need to hear from God.
Yet, at a more kernel level, what they really need is more of him.
