   • Shall Gavin Newsom be recalled ( removed ) from the Office of Governor
     • Yes
     • No
   • Candidate to replace Gavin Newsom if he is recalled
     • If you chose Yes above, please choose the candidate you will like to be the next Governor of California
     • If you chose No above, and if you favor one of the recall candidates if 50% of the electorates chose to recall the sitting Governor, please indicate your favored replacement
3. Sign and Date Ballot
4. Return Ballot Via Mail
