Here are the steps for going taking the virtual steps:-

1. Prisonfellowship.org – Communicate Choice
   • Inform the Angel Tree Coordinators @ PrisonFellowship.Org that your church prefers the virtual track this year
   • Indicate Number of Children
2. Prisonfellowship.org – Request Honored
   • Prison Fellowship honors the request
   • Local Prison Ministry coordinators are sent an email with the following details:-

     • Access Code:- { Access Code }
3. Virtual Angel Tree Tool – Usage
   • Sojourn to https://vat.angeltreetool.org/
   • Enter Access Code
4. Please browse through the list of Angels
   • Listed are Angel First Name
   • The Angel’s Tree Name
   • Angel’s Age
   • Please look here for sample images
5. Choice – Angel
   • Pick each Angel that catches your fancy
6. Choice – Sibling
   • If An Angel has siblings that have yet to be chosen, you are presented with an opportunity to choose others from that same family line
   • In the picture below
     • We have chosen Zari
     • She happens to have two siblings
     • We are giving an opportunity to add the siblings
7. Proceed to Check-Out Counter
   • Once you have chosen all the Angels you will like, you are granted an opportunity to proceed to the check-out counter
   • Please click the checkout button to move towards funding
8. Funding
   • It is time to fund your Godly Act
   • Two types of payments are offered, and those are:-
     • Credit card
       • Here is what a credit card transaction looks like
     • Bank Account
       • Here is what a bank account transaction looks like

     • CVC ( usually 3 digit pin number at the back of a credit or debit card )
