Message

Political

Their message is political and state-based.

It only lasts for a time and season.

It does not endure.

 

Specific Issue

It is specially crafted for a specific situation.  It is to get you to make a specific decision.

The decision one makes is not meant to be applied to everyone, but to the benefit of someone they have in mind.

 

Small-Group

Please do not allow people to get and keep you in a small group.

In small groups, one can be more easily taught wrong.

They will wear you out.

Play on your feelings and natural affection; promising you how that affection will be satisfied with the tools they will have you apply.

 

Heaven Based?

They will tell you how they go to Heaven.

How they receive special revelations from God himself.

Some will even tell you how they travel easily and freely between earth and heaven.

How they make petitions and arguments before God’s throne.

 

Fall Away

Here is our Lord’s warning:-

…At that time many will fall away and will betray and hate one another, and many false prophets will arise and mislead many.

 

The essence of the prophetic word reads:-

1. Spirit of God says many will fall away, betraying and hating one another.
2. False prophets and false prophecy will be rampant.
3. Misleading many.

   • Does it raise up a person or God
2. Favoritism
   • Does it lead you to favor one group over another

 

Love

I really like our savior’s words:-

John 13:34-35 ( Love One Another ) ( Link )

…A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you also must love one another.
By this everyone will know that you are My disciples if you love one another.

Essence:-

1. Commandment
   • Commandment is Love
2. Received Love
   • He has loved us
   • He is loving us
3. Reciprocate
   • Reciprocate that love
4. Discipleship observed and measured within community
   • Not that you will know
   • Not that the person you love will know
   • But, that everyone will know you are a disciple
     • A disciple not of man, but of God

 

Liberty

There is liberty in the Lord:-

…But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into His image with intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.…
