    • Not even using Microsoft’s IE nor Edge Browser

  1. Launch Settings
    • Access the Search button (  accessStartButton.01.20200708.0817PM)
    • In the Search Window enter “settings” ( without the double quotes )
  2. Settings Window
    • In the Settings Window, please choose privacy
  3. Privacy Window
    • In the Privacy window, please navigate to “App Permissions
    • Within “App Permissions”, please choose “Background Apps
    • Panel – Background Apps
      • Please move the dial from On to Off
      • Let Apps in the Background” will now read off
