A good friend has had a brand new beautiful laptop tucked away for over two years.
The reason is her inability to log-in as Windows is unable to authenticate her email credentials.
Was able to create a new account and log in.
Can’t cover that here in the public place.
What I can cover is how to review the accounts registered.
- Access Control panel
- Choose the Accounts applet
- In the Accounts Applet
- Please choose Email and App Accounts
- In the Email And App Accounts window
- Email, Calendar, and App Accounts are listed

On Windows 10, Microsoft allows one to tie together local Accounts, Domain Accounts, and Email and App Accounts.
Please per-use Control Panel’s Account applet to review and manage those Account.
