Background

Ran into an error trying to run an “Integration Services” package.

Source file ‘C:\Windows\TEMP\.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.AssemblyAttributes.cs’ could not be found, CSC, 0, 0

Create JobID:Error: Failed to compiled scripts contained in the package. Open the package in SSIS Designer and resolve the compilation errors.

Create JobID:Error: The binary code for the script is not found. Please open the script in the designer by clicking Edit Script button and make sure it builds successfully

  1. Launch File Explorer
  2. Access C:\Windows\Temp
  3. Right Click and access properties
  4. Grant identified users full access to C:\Windows\Temp
    • identified users will be the account that SQL Server Agent is running under
    • SQL Server Agent Job/Step proxy account
    • Users running job
  5. ReRun job
    • Retrace via SysInternals/Process Monitor
