Service Now – Managing Your Work Queue

 

Background

Just started using ServiceNow.

It is an IT Service\Work Management system.

It supports the following tasks:

  • Incidents
  • Problem
  • Change
  • Knowledge

 

Tasks

Unfortunately, I am having problems keeping with my work queue.

And, so wanted to see the best way to see what is in that queue.

 

How To

Outline

  1. Launch Web Browser
  2. Navigate to your corporate “Service Now” Web Portal
  3. The “Service Now” Web Portal has two set of menus
    • The icon based one on the Top
    • A lettered one on the Left
  4. From the left menu
    • Choose Service Desk
      • My Work
        • Your assigned work shows up on the right panel
      • My Group Work
