      • Baptism of Fire – Part 1
In the Gospel of Matthew 3:11 we read the words of John the Baptist saying, “I indeed immerse (baptize) you in water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to bear. He shall immerse (baptize) you in the Set-apart (Holy) Spirit and fire.”
What do you know about the Baptism of Fire. Is that what happened to those in Acts 2?
Listen as Rabbi Steve Berkson brings some understanding and clarity to this misunderstood subject

    • Beware False Teachers
International conspiracy, global domination, lies, deception, extortion – sounds like a James Bond movie, doesn’t it? Actually, it’s in the pages of the Scriptures as they refer to the End of Days that could be quickly upon us all. No one can or will be excluded from the events that have been prophesied to happen. A world leader is coming who will draw everyone to him so that, if it were possible, even the very elect would be deceived. He is infamously known as “The Anti-Christ (or Anti-Messiah).” Rabbi Steve Berkson lays out very clearly in this teaching the how, what, and why to being able to recognize this one who will be the most evil person of all time and, just like a James Bond movie, there is a twist at the end.

Baptism of Fire

Part III

Rabbi Steve Berkson begins Part 3 of this teaching in Leviticus 26:23 where he shows us that the Baptism of Fire has many facets such as being “instructed” of YHVH through “punishment” for disobedience and breaking His Covenant. Then, we see discipleship terminology as we go to Matthew 11:25-30 and read Yeshua’s words, verse 29, “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and humble in heart, and you shall find rest for your beings. For My yoke is gentle and My burden is light.” This verse is linked back to Leviticus as YHVH told those of that time that He has broken the bars of their yoke (of Egypt) and made them walk upright (taking on His Yoke); the yoke symbolizes learning and being in submission to the Torah of YHVH which gives us rest which Rabbi Steve links to Jeremiah 6:16, Thus said יהוה , “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; and find rest for yourselves.” Rabbi Berkson then teaches us another facet of the Baptism of Fire which is the persecution we will face as we walk in Torah-Observance. Possibly, we may need to detach from things or others, even as close as our own hand or foot (Matt 18:8), so that we can walk unimpeded spiritually. Then, Rabbi Berkson takes us to the writings of the Apostle Shaul (Paul) to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians 3) as the Apostle explains to his congregation that each one builds upon the foundation, which is Messiah Yeshua, using various materials. Those materials may or may not make it through the Baptism of Fire which, as Rabbi Berkson points out, is why it’s so important for us to submit to a chosen and appointed authority, in discipleship, so that they can instruct us as to what materials we should build with that will pass through the fire to the other side.

Understanding the Ruach

Part 1:

  1. Exodus 20:18-20 & Acts 2
    • Now when all the people saw the thunder and the flashes of lightning and the sound of the trumpet and the mountain smoking, the people were afraid and trembled, and they stood far off and said to Moses, “You speak to us, and we will listen; but do not let God speak to us, lest we die.”Moses said to the people, “Do not fear, for God has come to test you, that the fear of him may be before you, that you may not sin.”  ( Exodus 20:18-20 )

Beware False Teachers

  1. Blood Moon
    • Blood Moon is not going to happen
    • We are going to pass all those dates
    • I have tried to reach out to these pastors
    • Without consequences they will never happen
  2. Test every spirit [ 1st John 4:1 ] [ Link ]
    • Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.
By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,
and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.
  3. What is Truth
    • Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
      • John 14:6
