Since last week I have been battling SQL Server Reporting Services. I am trying to make sure that report subscription works, but I am not receiving emails when I ask that the reports be included within the emails.
When I simply subscribe to Links, I get an email.
But, when I ask for the actual report to be added, nothing.
Render Format – Web Archive
Here is the screenshot for asking that the Report be attached as a Web Archive.
MHTML (short for MIME HTML) is a file extension for a Web page archive file format as saved by Internet Explorer. The archived Web page is an MHTML document.
MHTML saves the Web page content and incorporates external resources, such as images, applets, Flash animations and so on, into HTML documents.
Finally traced the problem back to the fact that our corporate email is Office 365 and that tool by default blocks MHT & MHTML.
Office 365 users can’t open or view attachments in Outlook Web App
Excel & PDF
Thankfully, Excel & PDF comes across…
Not without headache as it took my Director to point out that they were likely sequestered away in my spam folder.
Checked the Header and found out that the problem is SPF Checks.

Somehow Carolina has being on my mind.
Just now found out that Anthony Cornelius Hamilton is from Charlotte.
Though, he is married to Tarsha, he is singing about Charlene here.
I like this line
What about the hard day she had with the baby
Like Billy Ocean, I thought he and I were sharing the same thing….
As I always thought he said Headache, but thank goodness for “Online Lyric Sites” like this one, found out he said “Hard Day“.
Know I know, that I am the only having a headache.
